Order Process

  • 30% engineering deposit via credit card ($1,000.00 minimum deposit to hold discount rate for 24hr.)
  • Signed purchase order documents faxed to 720-974-7263 (All required paper work for your project must be received before 5:00 pm on the following business day the order is placed. Any concession made to extend the time frame for double discount program must be approved by a supervisor (chief estimator, manager, or President of the company).

After the project coordinator has coordinated your file with you and turned the order into the factory, Price a Building, INC. will start on your anchor bolt layout and, if applicable for your county, engineer stamped permit drawings. Plans will arrive within a 2-3 weeks time period. Once received, the building will enter into the detailing and fabrication stage and be delivered to you approximately 4-7 weeks later!

Price a Building, Inc. provides full customer service from the point of order to delivery. You may contact customer service with any questions between 9-5 pm Monday thru Friday. Katina Trujillo heads up our customer service department and will personally contact you within 3 business days of your order.
