Credibility Works Both Ways

February 25th, 2010

Often shoppers are skeptical concerning the integrity and ethics of organizations. It is rarely considered, if ever, exactly why the practice of deceptiveness happens originally and if the consumer is actively playing any kind of role in the circumstance.

Why don’t we commence through ackowledging that organizations are merely consumers themselves at work in a collective group. If we take a look at this we can begin to realize that the buyer is playing a profound role along the way. Frequently, companies and buyers mirror back to one another what they feel has been introduced to themselves; as an example, you might be actually talking to a steel building salesman and you are therefore not being completely sincere with him relating to your needs. He may request you qualifying questions pertaining to when you want to purchase steel buildings or specifically what she or he will need to do to earn your business or if you could have obtained any other quotations. You may think letting him know these details will put you in a discrediting position, therefore you be sure he understands an untruth or you respond as vague a possible. Did you ever believe he is just you at work? Can you not ask yourself the same or similar questions if the roles were reversed? When you’re not real or completely truthful, we sometimes times reunite what we put out! So again, you reply out of integrity.

Now what just happened? We have all read in the Bible, “You reap what you sow”. Well did this particular consumer not reap deception back again? Why would a consumer count on the organization (consumers jointly together) to not reply back to them with untruths or vagueness? We all reside in a modern society where in we anticipate individuals to operate from a moral platform that people ourselves won’t work from. I heard in a recent seminar that you are not able to see some thing in an individual that is not currently in you.

If you need a company to be completely sincere along with you, then be totally sincere with them. When a sales person asks a person a direct question, offer him or her a direct answer. Both of you will value the clarity and trustworthiness. I think the tune; ‘Man in the Mirror’ by Michael Jackson states it best. It states, “….if you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make that change”. If everybody just concentrates on their own honesty and ethics and just gets clear on what they want to purchase and how they want to buy it, then your honest issue will resolve itself. When you’re sincere and clear it is extremely simple to pick up when someone else is not. Furthermore, there are numerous paths one can possibly check to confirm a company’s reputation.

It is our wish at Price A Building to earn your business. Make sure you do ask us any queries and don’t be shy to request us to repeat the answer until you’re satisfied. Honesty Works Both Ways

Honesty Works Both Ways Often consumers are skeptical about the ethics and integrity of companies. It is rarely considered, if ever, why the practice of deception occurs in the first place and if the consumer is playing any role in the circumstance.

Let’s begin by accepting that companies are simply consumers themselves at work in a collective group. He may ask you qualifying questions pertaining to when you intend to purchase a building or specifically what he or she will have to do to earn your business or if you have received any other quotes. Why Our Metal Buildings Are So Low In Price!

Every company has a particular marketing plan that they feel will enhance their chances of success. It is not our place to be critical of any other company approach; however we can say it is rewarding to us to offer our steel buildings at a rate we would want to pay (which is the lowest possible price). Like any company we have to make a profit, so we assess our operating costs and make sure we stay in the black. We have been able to offer the public metal buildings at reduced rates because we clearly ask the public for assistance. By being upfront with what is expected from our clients and clearly educating them on how they can influence the mark-up, we have been able to consistently offer the public the highest quality steel building below market rates. For example, if a customer knows he is not in a position to buy a building for a year or is unclear regarding what he wants us to do, we refer him to a few resources he can utilize or questions he can ponder before we spend time calculating a bid. It is important to convey to the customer that doing this homework will ultimately allow us to save him money when he is ready to proceed. We simply ask some of our qualifying questions so that we can determine which bids to complete first. Each customer receiving a bid is given an incentive price based on an agreed date to proceed with the purchase. If they are willing to review their bid and respond by the incentive date, then they are rewarded. It is just that simple.

It is written …”to do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. This has been our approach for years. Ultimately a good shopper is going to know you have offered a fair price and will be inclined to purchase from us when the time is right for him. It is comforting to know that we don’t have to use gimmicks or strong arm someone to buy from us. It is even more rewarding to know you really gave someone a fair deal. This will motivate the person to refer others to us; therefore we get free advertising from a marketing approach. All companies know a referral is far more inclined to proceed with a purchase than a client who just came in off the street.

When you overcharge a product I believe it causes resentment. The customer may be obligated to proceed with his order, but he probably won’t buy any additional accessories from that particular company or refer that firm. The customer is also inclined to complain and be critical of the service rendered to him once he realizes he has overpaid. We believe the short-term gain of the initial profit is more than offset by long-term negative effect.

Companies that have stood the test of time have refrained from the temptation of overcharging and trusted in the wisdom of the consumer. Everyone is watching his or her dollars now -a- days. It is imperative to cherish every opportunity to gains someone’s trust. It costs every company a certain percentage of their profit to advertise for new business. Why risk losing it by overcharging. We price our buildings low because we believe it is a sound business.

Constructing Your Steel Building

February 5th, 2010

So you have finally decided to buy a steel building. You received your metal building drawings, obtained the necessary building permits and poured your concrete slab, remembering that the steel building erection should never be started on green concrete. Normal cement should cure at least seven days, and high early strength concrete at least three days, before you erect the structural columns. If the concrete has not had enough time to cure your anchor bolts may pull loose, concrete spall (chip out along edges) may occur, or the equipment used to erect the steel buildings may crush or crack the slab. Any questions you may have about your steel barn foundation need to be answered by your project engineer or contractor, not the factory that manufactures the prefab steel buildings.

There are many methods and procedures in use for erecting the structural portion of metal buildings. The techniques of raising frames vary from erecting small clear spans and end-wall frames in units to erecting the larger clear spans and modular frames in sections. The erection methods used depend strictly on the type of prefabricated steel building, the available equipment, the experience level of the crews, and the individual job conditions. The variation in these factors preclude the establishment of a firm or specific set of erection rules and procedures. Consequently, the erection of the prefab metal buildings must be tailored by the erector to fit individual conditions and requirements. However, there are certain erection practices, pertaining to the structural members, which are in general use and have proven sound over the years.

Typically the steel building manufacturer will not claim any responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the installation and/or the removal of defective materials and may not honor any back-charges submitted for fieldwork required to correct any misfabs unless notified immediately when the errors are discovered. Erectors are cautioned not to cut primary members (rigid frame columns, rafters, end bearing frame rafters or interior columns) since these are the primary support members for the frame and are designed as such. Any cutting of these members may affect the structural stability or your new steel garage.

If you decide to hire someone for the construction phase, you can see how important it is to bring on a qualified and experienced contractor when it comes to erecting prefabricated steel buildings correctly and cost effectively. But if you choose to erect your metal garage yourself, just make sure you follow the manufacturers recommended instructions and tips to the tee.

Price A Building offers a personal customer service agent (Project Coordinator) to assist you after a sale

All of us at one time or another have purchased an item-example-coffee table, toy, bicycle, etc- and needed to ask questions about construction after the purchase and found ourselves all alone. Maybe our need was as simple as needing to know more about the warranty, or how to trace down the location of something being mailed. No matter what it was, we needed help and there was none. There seems to be infinite things that can come to your attention after sales that we simply forgot to address before we purchased. It is for this reason that Price A Building offers all of its customers a personal project coordinator to assist them after the metal building sale.

Price A Building believes the measure of a company is how they treat you after a sale. Every company has an inherent motive to be kind before you buy- money! Only companies with high integrity treat you as good or better after there is no more money to be gained.  Price A Building has an outstanding reputation for assistance=verified by the fact that they have an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau. This rating is undoubtedly maintained because of the assistance of the project coordinator.

This person (project coordinator) must have a nature of love and kindness. As all of us know, some people can be quite demanding and accept little responsibility for their errors; therefore a good customer service agent is clear, understanding and empathetic. They don’t have a need to be right and their special gift is an ability to find an agreeable solution to any problem. A good coordinator catches any potential problems long before they occur.
